You may be wondering…
How long does delivery take?
Any order placed before 6 pm is delivered the next morning, anywhere in Dakar. For trade orders we agree a fixed slot with you.
How does payment work?
Payment is cash on delivery only, when your order arrives. There is no online payment and no bank details are ever requested on the site.
Is delivery free?
Yes, from 30,000 FCFA in Dakar and its suburbs. Below that, delivery costs 2,000 FCFA. For the rest of Senegal, delivery is 3,500 FCFA and free from 50,000 FCFA.
Is your produce organic?
Our produce comes from certified partner farms and greenhouses that sign a production charter: no banned pesticides, pre-harvest intervals respected, measured irrigation and batch traceability. You are welcome to visit one of our certified farms by appointment.
Can I visit one of your farms?
Yes. We arrange visits to our certified farms by appointment. Contact us on WhatsApp at +221 78 877 26 26.
Do you offer trade pricing?
Yes. Restaurants, hotels and resellers get volume pricing and a dedicated contact.
What if a product is not right?
Tell us within 24 hours of delivery, with a photo: we replace the product or refund you, no argument.
