Ordering
Do I need an account to order?
No. You can order as a guest. Creating an account simply lets you find your order history and addresses again.
Is there a minimum order?
No, there is no minimum. Delivery does become free from 30,000 FCFA in Dakar and its suburbs.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, as long as it has not left for delivery. Call us on +221 78 877 26 26 as soon as you can.
Are prices per kilo or per item?
Every product page states the unit of sale. Most of our vegetables are sold by the kilo.
Paying
How does payment work?
Payment is made on delivery only, in cash, when your order arrives. There is no online payment on the site.
Do I have to give my bank details?
Never. No bank details are requested or stored on the site.
Can I pay with Wave or Orange Money?
Not for now. Payment is in cash on arrival. Other payment methods may be added later.
Can I get an invoice?
Yes. Mention it when ordering or ask the courier, and we will issue one.
Delivery
How long does it take?
Order before 6 pm: delivery the next morning in Dakar and its suburbs. For other regions, the lead time is agreed with you when you order.
How much does delivery cost?
2,000 FCFA in Dakar and its suburbs, free from 30,000 FCFA of purchases. 3,500 FCFA for other regions of Senegal, free from 50,000 FCFA.
Will the courier call me?
Yes, he calls before arriving. Make sure you give a reachable number when you order.
Do you deliver on Sundays?
We deliver Monday to Saturday. For a Sunday need, get in touch and we will see what is possible.
Our produce
Where does your produce come from?
From certified farms, greenhouses and cooperatives that we support ourselves, mainly in the Niayes, the Senegal River valley and the Sangalkam area. Every batch is traced back to its plot.
Is your produce organic?
Our growers sign a production charter: no banned pesticides, pre-harvest intervals respected, measured irrigation and batch traceability. We check on site, through farm visits.
What if a product isn't right?
Tell us within 24 hours of delivery with a photo: we replace the product or refund you, no argument.
How should I store my produce?
Our leafy vegetables keep well cool in a damp cloth. Tomatoes and peppers keep better out of the fridge, to preserve their flavour.
Businesses and growers
I run a restaurant or hotel — do you have suitable pricing?
Yes. Businesses get volume pricing, a fixed delivery slot and a dedicated contact. Write to us from the For businesses page.
I'm a grower — how do I sell on SunuAchat?
Apply on the Become a distribution partner page. We will call you back within 48 working hours to arrange a visit to your farm.
